Wake up , say something positive!

Hello there , you know those days when you wake up and you want to go right back to sleep? The ones where you have that thought to yourself “This day already sucks” or “What’s even the point”. Well, I have a thought. If we wake up and have that thought, let’s try to help ourselves by stating a positive statement instead. For example, we could say “This is going to be a good day”. By saying it out loud, it will help you think more positive. I know not everyday will it be easy for us to stay positive. I have many bad days. Sometimes many in a week, in a month, in a year etc. All we can do is try our best to stay positive. One day at a time, if you cannot shake it today… tomorrow is a new day!
