Push yourself!

When we want something . Do we have what it takes to make that happen? What does it mean to “push yourself”? Pushing yourself doesn’t mean push until you are exhausted and on the verge of a mental breakdown. Pushing yourself means that , if you get alittle bit of anxiety , and in the back of your head you are telling yourself “no I cannot do this it is to stressful” . You can try changing that statement to “This might be hard to do but , I can do it” or “this may take some time but, could have a positive outcome in the long run.” I sat debating for a few hours myself about if I actually wanted to take the leap in faith and start my own blog …. here I am now , writing this. You can do it!
